Per Diem Staff Pharmacist in Retail Pharmacy | Williams, Minnesota

A healthcare organization is seeking four Per Diem Pharmacists to support pharmacy operations across four different locations for two days in May. This opportunity involves delivering high-quality pharmaceutical care in a specialty pharmacy setting, with a focus on both long-term care and retail pharmacy services.

Locations & Dates:

• Walker, MN: May 14th & May 15th
• Sandstone, MN: May 14th & May 15th
• Warroad, MN: May 14th & May 15th
• Wells, MN: May 14th & May 15th

Schedule:

• Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide professional pharmacy services including medication dispensing, patient counseling, and inventory management.
• Support long-term care and retail pharmacy operations, ensuring compliance with all safety and regulatory standards.
• Educate patients and healthcare staff regarding medication usage and potential side effects.
• Maintain accurate patient records and collaborate with healthcare teams to optimize therapeutic outcomes.

Qualifications and Desired Experience:

• Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree or equivalent.
• Immunization certification.
• Current CPR certification.
• Medication Therapy Management (MTM) certification preferred.
• Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical practices in specialty pharmacy environments.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
