Travel Retail Staff Pharmacist in Willits, CA

Seeking a skilled pharmacist to fill a travel position in an outpatient/retail pharmacy setting. This role offers an excellent opportunity to utilize and enhance your expertise in a dynamic environment, supporting patient care through accurate dispensing and exceptional service.

This site operates as a 340B pharmacy, so experience with the 340B program is highly desirable.

Schedule & Duration:

• Monday through Friday
• 8:45 AM to 5:45 PM
• 13 weeks with potential for extension
• Immediate start available

Key Responsibilities:

• Dispense medications accurately while ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements
• Counsel patients on medication use, side effects, and interactions
• Collaborate with healthcare providers to optimize therapeutic outcomes
• Manage pharmacy operations and maintain inventory control
• Uphold 340B program standards and documentation, if applicable

Desired Qualifications:

• Current California Pharmacist license (required)
• Minimum of 1 year of outpatient/retail pharmacy experience
• Full-time availability for the contract duration
• Prior exposure to 340B pharmacy operations preferred
