Retail Staff Pharmacist in Zanesville, OH

Provide expert pharmaceutical care as a Staff Pharmacist in a busy retail setting, supporting patient health through accurate dispensing and counseling. This 13-week contract opportunity requires dedication to quality service and the ability to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Location:

• Zanesville, OH

Schedule:

• Full-time, 40 hours per week
• Varied shifts with weekend and holiday rotation

Responsibilities:

• Accurately dispense prescription medications
• Counsel patients on proper medication use and potential side effects
• Ensure compliance with all pharmacy laws and regulations
• Manage inventory and maintain pharmacy records
• Collaborate with healthcare providers to optimize patient care
• Administer vaccinations as certified

Qualifications:

• Active Ohio Pharmacist license in good standing
• Minimum of 1 year of current retail pharmacy experience
• Valid vaccination certification at time of application
• Experience with RX30 pharmacy system is a plus
• Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills
