Assignment Dates: April 6 – April 9
Schedule:

• Monday through Friday shifts
• On-call coverage for Saturday and Sunday

Responsibilities:

• Dispense medications accurately and efficiently according to hospital policies
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure safe medication use
• Provide medication counseling and support to patients and staff
• Manage on-call responsibilities over the weekend to address urgent pharmacy needs

Qualifications:

• Valid Texas pharmacist license
• Previous hospital pharmacy experience preferred
