Per Diem Staff Pharmacist | Saint Augustine, Florida

This opportunity is for a Staff Pharmacist position in a retail setting, available on a per diem (PRN) basis. The role is scheduled for July 13th, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, working within the PrimeRx system. Candidates must have a minimum of two years of retail pharmacy experience to be eligible.

Key Responsibilities:

• Accurately dispense prescription medications to patients and counsel them regarding proper usage, potential side effects, and interactions
• Review and verify prescription orders for accuracy and patient safety
• Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local pharmacy regulations
• Maintain thorough and accurate patient records within the PrimeRx system
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to optimize patient care and medication management
• Manage inventory and ensure proper storage of pharmaceuticals

Qualifications and Desired Experience:

• Licensed pharmacist with a valid state pharmacy license
• Minimum of two years of retail pharmacy experience required
• Proficiency working with PrimeRx or similar pharmacy management systems
• Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills
