This opportunity seeks a knowledgeable and dedicated pharmacist to provide weekend coverage at a specialty pharmacy site. The role involves supporting both long-term care and retail pharmacy services, offering variety and professional growth on weekends.

Location: Cold Spring, MN
Schedule:

• Saturday & Sunday, 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM
  Job Type: Per Diem, ongoing weekend shifts

Responsibilities:

• Dispense medications accurately and efficiently for retail and long-term care patients
• Provide expert guidance on prescription medications and patient care
• Manage immunizations and provide counseling on medication use
• Ensure compliance with pharmacy laws, regulations, and safety standards
• Collaborate with healthcare providers to optimize patient outcomes

Qualifications / Desired Experience:

• PharmD degree required
• Immunization certification preferred
• CPR certification mandatory
• Experience in retail and long-term care pharmacy settings
• MTM (Medication Therapy Management) certification is a plus
• Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills
