Location: San Antonio, TX
Schedule:

• Monday to Friday
• 1:30 pm to 10:30 pm

Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily pharmacy operations, ensuring compliance with all regulatory standards and policies
• Lead and mentor pharmacy staff to maintain high-quality service and accuracy in dispensing medications
• Manage prescription review, patient counseling, and medication therapy management
• Coordinate with healthcare professionals to optimize patient outcomes
• Monitor inventory levels and ordering processes to support efficient workflow
• Ensure proper documentation and reporting within the pharmacy system

Qualifications/Desired Experience:

• Licensed Pharmacist with state-specific credentials
• Proven experience in a supervisory or lead pharmacist role
• Strong knowledge of pharmacy operations and dispensing practices
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities with attention to detail
• Experience with pharmacy software and electronic health records systems is preferred
