Night Pharmacist - San Diego, CA

Soliant is seeking a Night Pharmacist on behalf of a children’s hospital pharmacy located in San Diego, CA. This role is perfect for hospital pharmacists with pediatric experience.

Position Details:
• Start: ASAP
• Duration: 13 weeks (contract-to-hire)
• Shift: Nights 9PM – 7:30AM ; 7on/7off
• Location: San Diego, CA
• Setting: Inpatient

• Requirements:
- California Pharmacist License: Must be active and in hand at time of submission – firm requirement.
- PharmD or BS in Pharmacy
- Must have at least 2 years of inpatient hospital experience
- Experience handling a pediatric-patient population

• Responsibilities:
- Order verification
- Supervising Technicians
- Consulting with Physicians and Nurses
- Processing of daily prescription orders from providers, filling of prescriptions, dispensing of new prescription medications and refills, and extensive patient counseling.
