• Four 10-hour shifts per week

Key Responsibilities:

• Verify medication orders ensuring accuracy and safety

• Consult with physicians and nurses to optimize patient medication management
• Utilize hospital systems such as EPIC and Pyxis for electronic health records and medication dispensing

Qualifications and Experience:

• Current California pharmacist license is required
