A Specialty Pharmacy in Cold Spring, MN is seeking a qualified Pharmacist to work on a per diem basis during weekends. This role offers the opportunity to support both Long Term Care and Retail pharmacy operations with a consistent Saturday and Sunday schedule from 8:30 am to 5:30 pm.

• Saturdays and Sundays
• 8:30 am – 5:30 pm

Responsibilities:

• Perform Long Term Care and Retail pharmacy duties
• Dispense medications accurately and efficiently
• Provide outstanding patient care and counseling
• Manage prescriptions and maintain compliance with regulations
• Collaborate effectively with healthcare teams

Desired Qualifications:

• PharmD or equivalent degree preferred
• Immunization Certification required
• CPR Certification required
• Experience in retail and long-term care pharmacy settings
• Strong knowledge of pharmacy practice and medication therapy management (MTM)
