A Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) is seeking a skilled PRN Pharmacist to support their 340B pharmacy during select dates in June. This per diem opportunity offers a focused schedule Monday through Friday with no holidays or weekend shifts, ideal for professionals seeking flexible work within a regulated healthcare environment.

Schedule:

  • June 11, 12, 15, 16, 17, 18, 19
  • Monday–Thursday: 8am – 5pm (lunch 12pm–1pm)
  • Friday: 8am – 4pm (lunch 12pm–1pm)
  • No weekend or holiday work required

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and verify prescription orders for pickup or delivery, ensuring accuracy and compliance
  • Manage inventory, equipment, and supplies to maintain adequate stock levels
  • Apply best practice protocols for storing medications and controlled substances, monitoring expiry dates closely
  • Collaborate with healthcare providers to verify prescription details as needed
  • Maintain pharmacy records accurately, including patient information and insurance claims
  • Provide telepharmacy support and assist with overall pharmacy maintenance and appearance
  • Work closely with Pharmacy Manager to support staff and maintain compliance with state and federal regulations
  • Support customer service efforts by addressing inquiries and concerns effectively

Qualifications:

  • Current Indiana Pharmacist license in good standing
  • Immunization license required
  • Proficiency with Liberty RX software preferred
  • Spanish language skills a plus but not required
  • Submission of a resume, skills checklist, and references required
