Per Diem Staff Pharmacist in Sharon Hill, PA

A specialty pharmacy in Sharon Hill, Pennsylvania is seeking a knowledgeable Part-Time Staff Pharmacist for a 4-week assignment with potential extension. This role offers a flexible schedule and an opportunity to contribute to exceptional patient care in a specialized pharmacy environment.

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM – 12:30 PM (Primary)
• Alternate option: Monday to Wednesday, 8:30 AM – 4:30 PM

Responsibilities:

• Accurately bill prescriptions on the day they are received.
• Perform Prescription Verification Inspection (PVI) for all billed prescriptions.
• Support pharmacy operations by assisting with technician duties such as inventory management and patient communications.
• Coordinate with patients to schedule home delivery and ensure timely medication fulfillment.

Qualifications:

• Active and clear Pharmacist license in Pennsylvania.
• Minimum of 1 year of pharmacy experience in a retail or specialty pharmacy.
• Proven experience with Pioneer Rx software system (mandatory).

Preferred:

• Experience in a specialty pharmacy setting, though not required.
