Staff Pharmacist - Shelby, MT

This opportunity is for a dedicated Staff Pharmacist to provide expert pharmaceutical care in a retail setting located in Cut Bank, Montana. The role is an 8-week travel assignment starting as soon as possible, with the potential to extend beyond August.

Schedule & Hours:

• 1st shift: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM

Key Responsibilities:

• Dispense medications accurately and ensure safe, efficient delivery to customers.
• Counsel and advise patients on medication use and regimens.
• Handle patient inquiries, concerns, and complaints according to policy.
• Maintain stock, controlled drug records, and inventory controls.
• Address and resolve patient issues and third-party coverage challenges.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Active and clear Montana Pharmacist License is mandatory.
• Minimum of 1 year of recent pharmacy experience.
• Familiarity with PioneerRx pharmacy software preferred.
• Ability to work independently as the sole pharmacist on site.
• Comfortable managing a prescription volume of approximately 100 scripts per day.
