A pharmacy opportunity is available for a Staff Pharmacist to provide per diem support in a closed-door setting at a behavioral hospital. This role focuses on vacation and PTO coverage, offering flexibility for professionals seeking occasional shifts while maintaining a reliable schedule.

Schedule:

• Monday through Friday
• 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM

Key Responsibilities:

• Accurately dispense 300-400 prescriptions daily in a closed-door environment with minimal walk-ins
• Provide medication counseling and support to hospital staff
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure optimal pharmaceutical care
• Utilize Enterprise RX software for prescription processing (training provided)

Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Current pharmacist license with recent experience in community or hospital pharmacy practice
• Local to the Sheppard AFB area and available for PRN or part-time assignments
• Willingness to learn and adapt to Enterprise RX software system
