Per Diem Staff Pharmacist - Slayton, MN

A per diem retail pharmacist opportunity is available in Slayton, MN, with work scheduled through the end of March 2026. This role involves supporting two pharmacy locations—Slayton and Windom, MN, approximately 30 minutes apart—providing flexibility and variety in your daily routine. The typical pharmacy hours are Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 7:00 PM, and Saturday from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, with specific shifts assigned by the client.

Location:

• Slayton and Windom, Minnesota (travel between locations required)

Schedule/Hours:

• Monday to Friday: 8:00 AM – 7:00 PM
• Saturday: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
• Per diem scheduling offered by the client

Qualifications:

• Active and clear Minnesota pharmacist license
• Minimum of 1 year recent retail pharmacy experience
• Dependable and able to manage typical retail pharmacy duties

Responsibilities:

• Dispense prescription medications accurately and efficiently
• Provide patient counseling and medication advice
• Manage retail pharmacy operations including inventory and record keeping
• Collaborate with healthcare providers as needed to ensure optimal patient outcomes
