- Start Date: ASAP
- Schedule: Part-time, mix of day and evening shifts
- Pharmacy Hours: Monday–Friday 9 a.m.–8 p.m.; Weekends/Holidays 10 a.m.–6 p.m.
- Location: Sparta, MI
Responsibilities:
- Execute comprehensive long-term care pharmacist duties, including PV1 and PV2 roles.
- Supervise and guide pharmacy technicians.
- Prepare, compound, and verify both sterile and non-sterile medications including IVs and TPNs.
- Manage multi-dose and blister packing responsibilities, ensuring accuracy and safety.
- Utilize the Frameworks system for pharmacy operations; training available if needed.
Qualifications and Experience:
- MI pharmacist license in-hand and in good standing.
- Highly preferred experience in long-term care settings with proficiency in PV1 and PV2 functions.
- Skilled in hands-on compounding and verification processes for a variety of medication types.
- Previous exposure to the Frameworks system is advantageous but not mandatory.
