This opportunity is for a Travel Pharmacy Technician position at a medical center located in California. The assignment duration is 13 weeks, with an immediate start. The work schedule is Tuesday through Saturday, from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Accurately prepare and dispense medications according to prescriptions and protocols
  • Perform IV compounding with precision and adherence to safety standards
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with pharmacy regulations
  • Collaborate closely with healthcare professionals to optimize patient care
  • Manage inventory and ensure proper storage of pharmaceutical supplies

Qualifications and Desired Experience:

  • Valid California Pharmacy Technician license is required
  • Strong experience in IV compounding is essential
  • Previous experience as a staff pharmacist or pharmacy technician in a hospital setting preferred
  • Attention to detail and ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills

Location:

  • Medical center in California, with full travel assistance provided. Relocation support will be discussed based on candidate needs.
