Pharmacist - Staunton, VA

Seeking an experienced Staff Pharmacist to provide critical support in an inpatient pharmacy setting. • Assist in the main inpatient pharmacy, ensuring accurate and timely medication dispensing
• Verify intravenous (IV) preparations and manage all other inpatient pharmacy duties
• Utilize Meditech software proficiently for medication management and documentation
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to optimize patient outcomes
• Adapt to varied schedules, maintaining flexibility for the needs of the pharmacy

Desired Experience:

• Licensed pharmacist with previous inpatient pharmacy experience
• Strong knowledge of IV verification and inpatient medication protocols
• Proficiency with Meditech or similar healthcare software systems
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
• Flexibility in scheduling and willingness to work varied shifts, including potential travel between TTH or DH sites
