Staff Pharmacist - Stillwater, Oklahoma

A community hospital north of Oklahoma City is seeking a Staff Pharmacist to work the night shift on a contract-to-hire basis. This 100-bed facility needs a reliable pharmacist to fill a permanent position, with a preference for candidates interested in long-term commitment. While travelers may be considered temporarily, the goal is to find a pharmacist who plans to remain with the hospital.

Location: Stillwater, OK (approximately 1 to 1.5 hours north of Oklahoma City)
Schedule: 7 nights on / 7 nights off (night shift)
System: Meditech

Key Responsibilities:

• Verify medication orders accurately and efficiently
• Supervise pharmacy technicians to ensure smooth operations
• Perform pharmacokinetic monitoring and dosage adjustments
• Consult and collaborate with physicians and nurses regarding patient medication therapy

Desired Qualifications:

• Active Oklahoma pharmacist license
