Staff Pharmacist | Sun Prairie, Wisconsin

This opportunity is for an experienced Staff Pharmacist to support a retail pharmacy setting. The position offers a 13-week contract with potential for extension, working primarily day shifts.

Location:

• Sun Prairie, WI

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM
• Every other Saturday, 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM

Responsibilities:

• Accurately dispense prescription medications following legal and regulatory guidelines
• Provide excellent customer service and counseling to patients regarding medication use
• Collaborate with pharmacy staff to ensure smooth operations in a retail environment
• Utilize the Pioneer RX computer system for prescription processing and inventory management
• Maintain compliance with state laws and pharmacy regulations

Qualifications:

• Valid Wisconsin Pharmacy License
• Pharmacy retail experience required
• Proficiency with Pioneer RX system preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
