Staff Pharmacist | Tahoma, California

This opportunity is for an experienced Staff Pharmacist to provide exceptional inpatient pharmacy services in a well-equipped 100-bed hospital. Situated in a scenic location, the role offers a professional environment where clinical expertise and patient care are prioritized.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform inpatient staffing duties ensuring safe and effective medication use
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to manage medication therapies for hospitalized patients
• Utilize EPIC and Pyxis systems for medication order verification and inventory management
• Ensure compliance with state pharmacy laws and hospital policies
• Participate in medication reconciliation and patient education as needed

Qualifications:

• Active California pharmacist license required
• Approximately 1 year of pharmacy experience preferred
• Full-time availability with willingness to work four 10-hour shifts weekly
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail
• Familiarity with EPIC and Pyxis systems highly desirable
