Inpatient Staff Pharmacist - Tecumseh, Kansas

An opportunity is available for experienced inpatient pharmacists to provide quality pharmaceutical care in a hospital setting. This 13-week contract role begins on November 2 and offers a mix of day and evening shifts with rotating weekends. Candidates living more than 50 miles away are encouraged to apply, including first-time travel pharmacists.

Schedule/Hours:

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage typical inpatient pharmacy duties, ensuring accuracy and safety
• Supervise pharmacy technicians effectively
• Check and verify medication orders in compliance with hospital protocols
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to optimize patient care

Qualifications and Desired Experience:

• Minimum 2 years of recent inpatient pharmacy experience preferred
• Valid Kansas pharmacist license at the time of application
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications required
• Ability to supervise pharmacy staff and effectively communicate within a healthcare team
