Location: Scottsdale, AZ (commute vetting required)
Type: Contract to hire
Duration: 13 weeks
Shift: Flexible between 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM and 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM, with possible Saturday coverage

Key Responsibilities:

• Accurately check, verify, count, dispense, and label medications to ensure patient safety
• Supervise pharmacy technicians and maintain workflow efficiency
• Follow all policies and procedures to maintain compliance with Arizona Board of Pharmacy regulations
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized pharmacy environment

Desired Experience & Qualifications:

• Arizona pharmacist license in good standing
• Ability to maintain a high pace of 60-80 checks per hour with strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Capable of standing for the entire shift
• Dependability, punctuality, and strong work ethic
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a positive, interactive attitude
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, problem solve, and work both independently and collaboratively
• Commitment to continuous learning and professional growth
