A per diem pharmacist opportunity is available at a rural community health center located in Texhoma, TX. This position supports a small, close-knit pharmacy serving predominantly patients over the age of 50. Schedule and Hours:

• 1st shift
• Monday through Thursday: 9:00 am – 5:30 pm
• Friday: 9:00 am – 4:00 pm
• No weekend hours required

Responsibilities:

• Verify prescription orders accurately and efficiently
• Provide patient counseling tailored to the needs of an older demographic
• Oversee and manage pharmacy technicians to maintain smooth workflow
• Utilize the Liberty pharmacy system to process approximately 120-130 scripts daily

Qualifications:

• Active and clear Texas pharmacist license is mandatory
• Prior experience in community health or retail pharmacy preferred
• Ability to work independently and in a team setting with strong technicians
