Per Diem Staff Pharmacist - Tomah, WI

Support a Long-Term Care pharmacy as a Relief Pharmacist in Mauston, Wisconsin, providing essential coverage during vacation periods and periods of increased workload. This per diem role offers a valuable opportunity to deliver pharmacy services within a specialized LTC setting, working alongside the pharmacy owner who currently manages all operations.

Location:

• 121 E. State Street, Mauston, WI 53948

Schedule:

• March 23 through March 27, 2026
• Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Key Responsibilities:

• Dispense and package medications accurately to meet LTC patient needs
• Manage inventory and coordinate delivery schedules efficiently
• Ensure technology use supports quality assurance practices
• Maintain compliance with applicable regulatory standards
• Communicate effectively with patients and healthcare providers to optimize care

Desired Experience and Qualifications:

• Active Wisconsin pharmacist license required
• Prior experience working in long-term care pharmacy environments
• Familiarity with Framework software is a significant advantage; however, training will be provided if needed
• Strong organizational and communication skills
