Staff Pharmacist - Topeka, KS

A direct hire opportunity is available for a Staff Pharmacist at a growing facility in Lawrence, KS (Lenexa area). This role requires a licensed pharmacist ready to contribute immediately and handle both clinical and operational pharmacy duties in a supportive environment.

Schedule:

• Shifts: 8:30 AM - 4:30 PM or 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM
• Flexibility required to work both shifts
• On-call rotation participation expected

Responsibilities:

• Perform prospective drug utilization review (PV1) to ensure safe medication use
• Complete order entry accurately and efficiently
• Conduct thorough clinical reviews to optimize patient outcomes
• Utilize the Frameworks system for pharmacy operations and record management

Qualifications & Experience:

• Current and valid Kansas pharmacist license mandatory
• Prior experience in long-term care (LTC) pharmacy is highly preferred
• Retail MTM pharmacist experience considered for candidates demonstrating strong clinical skills
• Ability to manage workflow independently and collaborate with healthcare teams
