A retail pharmacy opportunity is available for a Staff Pharmacist in Traverse City, MI, offering a contract position with the possibility of direct hire. This role involves working primarily during daytime hours with a schedule designed to provide consistent and focused patient care.

Schedule/Hours:

• Monday to Friday, 10-hour shifts from 8:00 AM to 7:00 PM
• Rotating Saturdays from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM

Responsibilities:

• Dispense prescriptions accurately and efficiently in a retail setting.
• Provide exceptional patient counseling and medication therapy management.
• Utilize RX 30 software for order entry and pharmacy management, with training provided if needed.
• Collaborate with healthcare providers to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Maintain compliance with all federal and state pharmacy laws and regulations.

Qualifications:

• Active and valid Michigan pharmacy license is required.
• Retail pharmacy experience is necessary.
• Experience with RX 30 software preferred; training is available.
