Based in a culturally rich and diverse community, this role involves delivering comprehensive pharmacy and medication management services across a main campus and satellite clinics. Serving a wide range of patients—including neonatal, pediatric, adult, geriatric, oncology, and obstetric cases—you will uphold consistent care standards in accordance with facility policies.

This position operates on a 7 on/7 off rotation (Wednesday to Tuesday) with alternating Monday through Friday shifts from 8 a.m. to 9 p.m. The contract is for 13 weeks, starting as soon as possible. No Arizona pharmacy license is required, making it accessible for licensed pharmacists from other states. Limited shared housing is available at $600 per month, with strict no family or pets allowed, per facility policy.

Key Responsibilities: • Provide direct patient care and comprehensive pharmacy services across inpatient and outpatient departments • Work rotational shifts including day, evening, night, weekends, and holidays • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including surgeons, pediatricians, dentists, and nursing staff • Engage in clinical pharmacy services, offering expertise for specialized pharmacy-based clinics • Oversee adherence to policies and procedures aligned with organizational mission and values • Potential growth opportunities from Staff Pharmacist to Advanced Practice Pharmacist, including program development and clinical service analysis • Manage clinic operations and supervise pharmacy personnel, including pharmacists, technicians, assistants, and billers

Desired Qualifications: • Valid pharmacist license (state-specific licenses not required for this assignment) • Experience in clinical and operational pharmacy services • Ability to work flexible shifts in a fast-paced healthcare environment • Strong communication and leadership skills to manage teams and interact with diverse populations • Commitment to culturally competent care in a Native American community setting
