A well-established hospital in University Park, PA, is seeking a skilled Staff Pharmacist to join their team on a contract basis for approximately 5 to 6 months, starting as soon as possible. This 150-bed community hospital offers a dynamic work environment with a focus on quality patient care.

Responsibilities include verifying medication orders, supervising pharmacy technicians, consulting with physicians, and ensuring safe and effective medication use within the inpatient setting. Experience with Meditech, PharmacyKeeper, and Pyxis systems is highly valued, as these tools are integral to daily operations.

Qualifications / Desired Experience:

• Active Pennsylvania pharmacist license
• Minimum of 1 year inpatient pharmacy experience
• Familiarity with Meditech is strongly preferred
• Ability to work full-time with variable days and afternoon shifts; some scheduling flexibility available
• Strong communication and supervisory skills
