Staff Pharmacist - University Park, Pennsylvania

A hospital is seeking a licensed pharmacist to join their team in a 150-bed community setting. Responsibilities:

• Verify medication orders with accuracy and attention to detail
• Supervise pharmacy technicians to ensure smooth operations
• Consult and communicate with physicians regarding medication therapies
• Utilize pharmacy information systems including Meditech, PharmacyKeeper, and Pyxis

Qualifications:

• Active Pennsylvania pharmacist license
• Minimum of 1 year inpatient hospital pharmacy experience
• Full-time availability during the contract period
• Experience with Meditech pharmacy system is highly preferred
