A specialty compounding pharmacy is seeking an experienced Staff Pharmacist to support their team for 4 to 8 weeks, with the possibility of extension. This role involves working Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, providing consistent daytime hours in a fast-paced and specialized environment.
Responsibilities include verifying compounds and sterile injectables while managing a high-volume workload with accuracy and efficiency. This position requires strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills to ensure patient safety and regulatory compliance.
Key Qualifications:
- Active Michigan Pharmacy License
- Proven experience as a pharmacist, with specific expertise in compounding and sterile injectables
- Ability to thrive in a high-volume specialty pharmacy setting
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
