A specialty pharmacy in Waseca, MN is seeking a skilled Pharmacist to join on a contract basis for a duration of 13+ weeks. This role primarily focuses on Long Term Care pharmacy responsibilities, providing critical support to the facility’s medication management and patient care services. Location:

• Waseca, MN

Schedule/Hours:

• Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM
• Some weekend shifts required
• 24 to 40 hours per week, with flexibility to increase hours to meet site needs

Responsibilities:

• Manage and dispense medications following Long Term Care pharmacy protocols
• Review prescriptions for accuracy and patient safety
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to optimize medication therapy

Qualifications:

• Active Minnesota Pharmacist License (MN License)
• Experience in Long Term Care pharmacy preferred
