Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately fill and verify prescriptions, maintaining high accuracy standards
- Operate independently to manage pharmacy workflow efficiently in a low-volume setting
- Provide thorough patient counseling to ensure safe and effective medication use
- Maintain strict compliance with pharmacy laws and regulations
Qualifications & Experience:
- Active Connecticut Pharmacist license in good standing
- Recent retail or specialty pharmacy experience preferred
- Experience with QS1 pharmacy system preferred; training available if needed
- Ability to work independently without technician support
- Strong attention to detail with excellent patient care skills
Schedule/Shift Details:
- Assignment Dates: May 31 – June 10
- Training Period: May 26 – May 29 (required for those without QS1 experience)
- Shift Options: 10:00 AM – 4:00 PM or 11:00 AM – 3:00 PM
