• Travel between two sites—TTH and DH—to support pharmacy services as needed

Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Licensed Pharmacist with experience in inpatient pharmacy settings
• Proficiency with Meditech or similar healthcare software
• Strong knowledge of IV verification and hospital pharmacy protocols
