An outpatient pharmacist opportunity is available for PRN coverage in Webster City, IA. This role involves providing medication verification and patient counseling in an outpatient setting with a low prescription volume.

Location: Webster City, IA
Job Type: Per Diem
Schedule:

• June 12th: 8 AM – 5 PM
• June 18th–19th: 8 AM – 5 PM (no technician support)
• July 17th: 1 PM – 5 PM
• July 31st: 8 AM – 5 PM

Responsibilities:

• Verify low-volume prescriptions (approximately 40 prescriptions per day)
• Deliver patient counseling on medications and usage
• Perform typical outpatient pharmacy duties and ensure compliance with policies

Qualifications:

• Valid Iowa Pharmacist License
• Experience in retail or outpatient pharmacy settings

Housing and mileage expenses are reimbursed as a pass-through. This per diem position offers flexibility while contributing to patient care in an outpatient environment.
