Staff Pharmacist - West Chester, Ohio

A digital mail order pharmacy is seeking a contract pharmacist to support increased volume due to the addition of a new client. This role involves dispensing and fulfillment of predominantly generic medications, along with some brand and specialty drugs. The pharmacy serves customers across all 50 states and DC, providing non-insurance medications.

Location: West Chester, OH (licensed KY pharmacists encouraged to apply; Cincinnati pharmacists may have dual licensure)
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM
Duration: 13 weeks, starting ASAP

Responsibilities:

• Perform full cycle pharmacy dispensing and fulfillment
• Check and verify prescriptions accurately
• Supervise pharmacy technicians during shifts
• Adapt quickly to increased workflow and high volume
• Collaborate effectively with team members to maintain efficiency

Desired Experience:

• Previous experience in a high-volume retail pharmacy environment preferred
• Strong skills in multitasking and working under pressure
• Ability to lead and support pharmacy techs in a fast-paced setting
• Licensed Pharmacist in Kentucky (or licensed in OH with KY license)
