Staff Pharmacist | West Chester, Ohio

A dynamic digital/mail order pharmacy is urgently seeking an experienced pharmacist to manage a surge in prescription volume due to onboarding a new client. This is a contract position ideal for pharmacists who excel in fast-paced, high-volume environments and enjoy working collaboratively to meet increased demand efficiently.

Location: West Chester, OH (Candidates with Kentucky licenses are encouraged to apply, as KY licensure is required. Pharmacists licensed in Cincinnati, OH should confirm their KY licensure.)

Schedule:

• Monday through Friday
• 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM

Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end pharmacy dispensing and fulfillment in a high-volume mail order setting
• Check and verify prescriptions accurately to ensure patient safety
• Supervise and support pharmacy technicians in daily operations
• Adapt quickly to dynamic workflow changes and volume fluctuations
• Foster strong teamwork to meet shared goals amid increased prescription demand

Desired Experience & Qualifications:

• Licensed Pharmacist with KY licensure (Cincinnati, OH pharmacists should verify KY license)
• Proven experience in a high-volume retail pharmacy environment preferred
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in verifying prescriptions
• Ability to supervise pharmacy technicians effectively
• Adaptability and strong communication skills to work well in a team-oriented setting
