Staff Pharmacist | West Chester, Ohio

A growing digital/mail order pharmacy requires an experienced pharmacist to support increased prescription volume driven by a new client partnership. This is a 13-week contract opportunity with an immediate start. The role offers a focused Monday to Friday schedule from 2 PM to 10 PM.

Responsibilities:

• Manage full-cycle pharmacy dispensing and fulfillment for a mail order pharmacy serving all 50 states plus DC
• Check and verify prescriptions accurately, ensuring compliance with standards
• Supervise and collaborate with pharmacy technicians to maintain workflow efficiency
• Adapt quickly to evolving volume and workflow demands in a high-paced digital pharmacy setting

Qualifications and Desired Experience:

• Active pharmacist license in Kentucky is required (pharmacists licensed in Cincinnati, OH should verify KY licensure)
• Proven experience in a high-volume retail pharmacy environment is highly preferred
• Strong ability to work collaboratively as part of a team under pressures of increased volume
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and communication skills
