Per Diem Staff Pharmacist - West Chester, PA

An urgent opportunity is available for two experienced per diem pharmacists to strengthen a dynamic team serving multiple pharmacy sites in the West Chester, PA area. This role emphasizes teamwork, adaptability, and strong pharmacy intuition in a fast-paced, tech-driven environment.

Responsibilities:

• Manage prescription intake, processing, dispensing, and verification with accuracy and efficiency.
• Monitor and maintain inventory to ensure optimal stock levels.
• Respond promptly to patient inquiries with professionalism and care.
• Utilize pharmacy software systems, including Pioneer Rx and Rx30, to support seamless operations.
• Collaborate closely with pharmacy technicians who provide strong support to ensure smooth workflow.

Desired Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years recent experience in a high-volume pharmacy setting.
• Proven ability to adapt to varying workflows and handle automation/dispensing robots.
• Tech-savvy with the ability to quickly learn and apply pharmacy software.
• Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
• Valid Pennsylvania pharmacy license.

Schedule:

• Per diem with an immediate need starting Monday, February 16, from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.
• Ideal candidates are currently employed part-time elsewhere and looking to supplement their work.
