Per Diem Staff Pharmacist - West Jordan, Utah

A healthcare facility in West Jordan, UT, is seeking a skilled Staff Pharmacist for a per diem position to provide essential pharmacy services during a transition period. This opportunity offers the chance to deliver critical pharmaceutical support with access to a robust technician team, utilizing the Rx30 system.

Responsibilities:

• Accurately fill and dispense medication orders in a timely manner
• Collaborate with strong pharmacy technician support to ensure efficient workflow
• Monitor patient medication therapy and provide clinical guidance as needed
• Manage pharmacy operations STAT while the incoming Pharmacy Manager prepares to relocate and assume the role
• Maintain compliance with all regulatory and safety standards
• Utilize Rx30 software for order processing, inventory management, and documentation

Desired Experience and Qualifications:

• Valid and current pharmacist license in the state of Utah
• Prior experience working with Rx30 or similar pharmacy information systems
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and effectively in fast-paced settings
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Experience supporting diverse pharmacy teams preferred

Schedule:

• Per Diem, from July 13 through July 31
