Staff Pharmacist - West Lafayette, Indiana

An opportunity is available for a dedicated outpatient pharmacist to join a healthcare team in West Lafayette, IN. This direct hire role offers a Monday to Friday schedule from 9 AM to 6 PM, providing work-life balance with predictable hours.

Key Responsibilities:

• Accurately enter, interpret, and review prescriptions.
• Perform drug utilization reviews and resolve related issues.
• Compound and dispense prescribed medications safely.
• Supervise professional and support personnel within the pharmacy.
• Ensure strict compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
• Submit claims for third-party reimbursement accurately.
• Consult with physicians and nurses on pharmaceutical matters.
• Address pharmaceutical questions from patients and healthcare personnel.
• Monitor the storage, distribution, and use of pharmaceuticals to maintain quality and safety.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Bachelor’s or advanced degree in pharmacy from an accredited institution.
• Minimum of three years of relevant pharmacy experience.
• Active, unrestricted pharmacist license in Indiana.
• Clean criminal record with no felony convictions.

Location: West Lafayette, Indiana

This role offers a competitive salary in the range of $110,000 to $120,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
