Staff Pharmacist | Wilmington, Delaware

This opportunity is for a Staff Pharmacist to provide expert clinical pharmacy services during the night shift at a healthcare facility in Delaware. Candidates with active Delaware pharmacist licenses or those eligible for reciprocity are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

• Dispense prescription medications accurately and efficiently in a hospital setting
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure optimal patient medication therapy
• Monitor patient responses and provide drug information support
• Maintain compliance with all regulatory and safety standards
• Participate in clinical rounds and patient care discussions

Qualifications:

• Pharm.D. degree or B.S. Pharmacy with equivalent relevant experience
• Current licensure or eligibility to reciprocate licensure in Delaware
• Previous hospital pharmacy experience preferred
• Strong clinical knowledge and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills

Location:

• Wilmington, Delaware

Schedule:

• Monday through Friday, 7:30 PM to 4:00 AM
• Every third weekend rotation required
