Staff Pharmacist in Wilmington, DE

A clinical pharmacist position is available in Delaware requiring an active Delaware pharmacist license. The role focuses on supporting medication operations for automated dispensing cabinets at two hospital locations and managing daily cartfill processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the operation and fulfill medication needs for automated dispensing cabinets at hospital sites
• Initiate and manage daily cartfill activities
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure accurate and efficient medication distribution
• Utilize IT systems such as Cerner and Omnicell in daily workflows

Qualifications:

• Pharm.D. degree preferred; B.S. in Pharmacy with equivalent relevant experience also considered
• Current valid pharmacist licensure in the State of Delaware required
• Strong clinical knowledge and attention to detail
• Proficiency in Cerner and Omnicell IT systems is an advantage

Location:

• Wilmington, Delaware

Schedule:

• Monday through Friday
• 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM

This opportunity is available as a temp-to-hire position, allowing for transition to permanent status based on performance and mutual fit. Immediate start date is preferred.
