A clinical pharmacist position is available in Wilmington, DE, offering an opportunity to support medication management for automated dispensing cabinets at two hospital locations. This role involves initiating daily cartfill and maintaining efficient pharmacy operations to ensure accurate medication dispensing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee medication needs for automated dispensing cabinets at designated hospital sites.
• Initiate and manage daily cartfill processes.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to optimize pharmaceutical care.
• Utilize IT systems including Cerner and Omnicell for operational support.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Pharm.D. degree or B.S. Pharmacy with equivalent relevant experience.
• Current and valid Delaware pharmacist license.
• Previous experience with automated dispensing systems preferred.
• Familiarity with Cerner and Omnicell software is advantageous.

Schedule and Location:

• Wilmington, Delaware
• Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM
