Per Diem Pharmacist in Windom, MN

A retail pharmacy position is available for a licensed pharmacist to provide professional pharmaceutical services in the Windom, MN area on a per diem basis. This opportunity is ideal for candidates seeking flexible work with a schedule coordinated by the client, spanning until the end of March 2026.

Location:

• Work will be split between two pharmacies approximately 30 minutes apart, including Windom, MN.

Schedule:

• Pharmacy hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 7:00 PM
• Saturdays from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM
• Specific shifts and days will be scheduled by the client

Qualifications & Experience:

• Current, clear, and active Minnesota pharmacist license
• Minimum of 1 year recent retail pharmacy experience
• Strong knowledge of retail pharmacy operations and patient care standards

Responsibilities:

• Accurately dispense prescription medications to patients
• Counsel patients on proper medication use and potential side effects
• Manage daily retail pharmacy tasks including inventory control and customer service
• Collaborate with healthcare providers to ensure optimal patient outcomes
• Maintain compliance with all state and federal pharmacy regulations

This position includes reimbursement for mileage, per diem, and lodging to support the commuting and travel requirements.
