Per Diem Staff Pharmacist in Windom, MN

A retail pharmacist opportunity is available for a licensed professional with recent retail pharmacy experience. This per diem role involves working between two locations approximately 30 minutes apart, providing essential pharmacy services to the community. The position will be active until the end of March 2026, offering a flexible schedule within the standard pharmacy operating hours.

Location:

• Windom, MN and a nearby location about 30 minutes away

Schedule/Hours:

• Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 7:00 PM
• Saturday, 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM
• Schedule provided by client with some flexibility

Responsibilities:

• Dispense prescription medications accurately and efficiently
• Counsel patients on medication usage and potential side effects
• Manage inventory and ensure compliance with pharmacy regulations
• Collaborate with healthcare providers to optimize patient care
• Provide excellent customer service within a retail pharmacy setting

Qualifications/Desired Experience:

• Active and clear Minnesota pharmacist license
• Minimum of 1 year recent retail pharmacy experience
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
