Staff Pharmacist - Windom, MN

This opportunity seeks an experienced Staff Pharmacist to support retail pharmacy operations in Windom, MN, and a nearby location approximately 30 minutes apart. The role involves providing comprehensive pharmacy services, ensuring accurate dispensing, and delivering excellent patient care in a retail setting.

Location: Windom, MN (including work at a nearby site about 30 minutes away)
Job Type: Contract through March 2026
Schedule:

• Monday to Friday: 8:00 AM – 7:00 PM
• Saturday: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM (workdays scheduled by client within these hours)

Qualifications:

• Active and clear MN Pharmacy License required
• Minimum of 1 year of recent retail pharmacy experience
• Strong knowledge of retail pharmacy operations and patient counseling

Responsibilities:

• Accurately dispense prescription medications and oversee daily pharmacy operations
• Counsel patients on medication use, interactions, and side effects
• Collaborate with healthcare providers to optimize patient outcomes
• Maintain compliance with all legal and regulatory pharmacy requirements
• Manage inventory and ensure medication availability
