Staff Pharmacist - Winston-Salem, NC

An opportunity is available for a Staff Pharmacist to work in a specialty retail pharmacy environment focused on both sterile and non-sterile compounding. This contract position is based in Winston-Salem, NC, and offers a 13-week assignment with the potential for direct hire.

Schedule & Location:

• Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM
• One-hour lunch break
• Winston-Salem, NC

Key Responsibilities:

• Dispense and verify medications accurately in a specialty retail setting
• Perform sterile and non-sterile compounding as required
• Utilize PK order entry system (training provided) for prescription processing
• Maintain compliance with pharmacy regulations and safety standards
• Collaborate with pharmacy team to optimize patient care and medication management

Qualifications:

• Possess a valid North Carolina pharmacy license
• Minimum of 1 to 2 years pharmacy experience required
• Experience with sterile compounding highly desirable
• Experience with non-sterile compounding is a plus
• Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment
