Pharmacist in Winston-Salem, NC

A rewarding opportunity is available for a Staff Pharmacist skilled in specialty retail pharmacy, located in Winston-Salem, NC. This 13-week contract position offers the possibility of direct hire and provides a dynamic work environment focused on both sterile and non-sterile compounding.

Schedule and Hours:

• Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM
• One-hour lunch break

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day pharmacy operations within a specialty retail setting
• Perform sterile and non-sterile compounding duties in accordance with safety and quality standards
• Accurately enter and process pharmacy orders using PK software (training provided)
• Ensure compliance with pharmacy laws and regulations specific to North Carolina
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to optimize patient medication therapy

Qualifications and Experience:

• Valid North Carolina pharmacy license required
• Minimum of 1 to 2 years pharmacy experience
• Experience in sterile compounding strongly preferred
• Experience with non-sterile compounding is a plus
• Willingness to sign agreements as part of the onboarding process
