Staff Pharmacist - Wisconsin Rapids, Wisconsin

The position is based in Marshfield, WI, at a 250-bed facility, offering a 13-week contract with the potential for extension. Schedule:

• 7 days on, 7 days off
• Rotating shifts between 2nd shift (12:00 PM to 10:00 PM) and 3rd shift (9:00 PM to 7:00 AM)
• Workweek typically starts on Wednesday

Key Responsibilities:

• Dispense medications accurately in compliance with hospital protocols
• Utilize Cerner and Omnicell systems for medication management and documentation
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to optimize patient care
• Ensure adherence to pharmacy laws, regulations, and safety standards
• Participate in medication therapy reviews and provide clinical recommendations

Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Active Wisconsin Pharmacist license or eligibility for Act10 temporary license
• Previous hospital pharmacy experience preferred
• Proficiency with Cerner and Omnicell systems is a plus
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to patient safety
