Pharmacist - Worthington, MN

An opportunity is available for a skilled Pharmacy Staff Pharmacist to support retail pharmacy operations in Worthington, MN. This contract position extends until the end of March 2026, providing stability and a chance to contribute your expertise to a well-established pharmacy environment.

Location:

• Worthington, MN, with some work also scheduled at a location approximately 30 minutes away in Windom, MN

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday: 8:00 AM – 7:00 PM
• Saturday: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
• Specific schedules provided by the client

Key Responsibilities:

• Dispense medications accurately in a retail pharmacy setting
• Counsel patients on proper medication use and safety
• Collaborate with pharmacy staff to ensure smooth operations
• Maintain compliance with all regulatory and licensing requirements
• Manage inventory and verify prescriptions
• Provide excellent customer service throughout the patient experience

Qualifications and Desired Experience:

• Active and clear Minnesota Pharmacy License
• Minimum of 1+ years of recent retail pharmacy experience
• Strong knowledge of pharmacy laws, regulations, and best practices
• Exceptional attention to detail and strong communication skills
• Ability to work independently and within a team across multiple locations
