A remote opportunity for a Pharmacy Billing & Reimbursement Specialist is available, supporting home infusion pharmacy services within Montana. This temp-to-hire position operates on a standard work schedule of either 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM or 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM MST, providing flexibility within traditional business hours.

The role focuses on managing the full billing lifecycle for home infusion pharmacy claims in a dynamic, high-volume environment. Key responsibilities include processing and submitting claims accurately, handling charge entry, performing follow-up on claims, and resolving denials or rejections promptly. The specialist will utilize CareTend software to streamline billing workflows, documentation, and reimbursement tracking. Ensuring compliance with payer requirements for infusion therapies and associated supplies, investigating discrepancies, and maintaining clear communication with payers, patients, and internal teams are crucial components of this position.

Desired Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in home infusion pharmacy billing and claims processing
• Proficient in using CareTend software to manage billing operations
• Strong attention to detail and ability to handle a high-volume, metrics-driven workload
• Effective communication skills for coordination with multiple stakeholders
