This opportunity is for a Pharmacy Billing & Reimbursement Specialist to support a dynamic revenue cycle team focused on home infusion billing. The position requires expertise in telepharmacy billing functions and medical billing software, specifically CareTend. Operating remotely, the role demands strong attention to detail and the ability to manage a full billing workflow within a metrics-driven environment.

Location: Remote (Candidates should be based in or eligible to work in the MT time zone)
Schedule: Full-time, standard business hours with flexible start and end times
Type: Temp-to-Hire contract

Key Responsibilities:

• Accurately process and submit home infusion pharmacy claims
• Manage end-to-end billing activities including charge entry, submission, follow-up, and denial resolution
• Utilize CareTend software for billing operations, documentation, and reimbursement tracking
• Review and apply payer requirements to ensure compliance and accurate claims
• Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies, denials, and reimbursement issues promptly
• Collaborate with payers and internal teams to facilitate timely billing resolutions
• Support overall revenue cycle performance in a high-volume, fast-paced setting

Qualifications and Desired Experience:

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in home infusion billing and claims processing
• Proven hands-on experience with CareTend is required
• Strong knowledge of payer guidelines, reimbursement processes, and medical billing functions
• Ability to thrive in a metrics-driven environment with keen attention to detail and problem-solving skills
