Join a dynamic healthcare revenue cycle team as a Pharmacy Billing & Reimbursement Specialist focused on home infusion billing. This temp-to-hire role offers an opportunity to contribute your expertise in telepharmacy and RX billing functions while working remotely with a preference for candidates based in or eligible to work in the Mountain Time Zone.

Location: Remote (MT time zone preferred) Schedule:

  • Full-time
  • Standard business hours with flexible start/end times

Key Responsibilities:

  • Accurately process and submit home infusion pharmacy claims using CareTend
  • Manage the entire billing workflow including charge entry, claims submission, follow-up, and denial resolution
  • Review payer guidelines to ensure compliance and precision in claim submissions
  • Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies, denials, and reimbursement challenges
  • Collaborate with payers and internal teams to facilitate timely billing issue resolution
  • Support a metrics-driven, high-volume revenue cycle environment focused on efficient claims processing

Desired Experience and Skills:

  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in home infusion billing and claims processing
  • Proficiency and hands-on experience with CareTend software (required)
  • In-depth knowledge of payer requirements and reimbursement practices
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with excellent attention to detail
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, metrics-driven setting
